1. Services
South Country Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, garment care, alterations, stain removal, and related cleaning services. Service availability may vary depending on garment type, material, and condition.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Check all garments for personal belongings before drop-off.

Inform us of any special care instructions, stains, damages, or alterations requested.

Pick up completed orders within a reasonable timeframe.
South Country Cleaners is not responsible for items left inside garments, including money, jewelry, electronics, or personal belongings.
3. Garment Inspection
All garments are inspected upon intake; however, some damages, weak fabric conditions, or hidden stains may not be visible before cleaning. Certain stains, discoloration, shrinkage, or wear may be impossible to remove or prevent due to fabric age or condition.
4. Cleaning Results
While we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services, South Country Cleaners does not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration of damaged garments.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event of loss or damage, liability is limited to the fair market value of the item, taking depreciation, age, and condition into consideration. Compensation shall not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charge for the affected item unless otherwise required by law.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of garment pickup.
6. Pickup and Storage
Customers are encouraged to pick up completed orders promptly. Garments left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of without liability.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice. South Country Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances or inappropriate items.
